About · How we work

A day in an operator's life, without embellishment

This page describes how the work actually goes: what happens during a shift, which tools are used, what is expected of you and how training works.

Format

Remote, on a 2/2 schedule

Where you workFrom home or anywhere with a stable internet connection. There is no office to visit, and moving between countries does not get in the way.
What equipment you needA laptop or computer and a stable internet connection. A headset is recommended, but any one with a microphone will do.
ScheduleThe main pattern is 2 days on, 2 days off. Switching to 5/2 is possible by agreement with your manager, but it is not chosen automatically.
ShiftFixed hours within the division's working day. The exact time is agreed with your supervisor when you start.
PayoutsEvery 10 days. The first one arrives without waiting for the end of the month.
Process

How a shift goes

The work is set up simply, and that is the point: the operator handles the conversation, not the search for clients or the paperwork.

The company provides the contact base — there is no need to find clients yourself. The conversation follows a ready script that sets the logic and suggests answers to objections. Deals are processed in the SalesRender CRM: the system takes a couple of days to learn.

A script is a framework, not a text to read out. Reading word for word is audible in your intonation, and trust drops. Keep the structure, but choose your own words.
Training

From 3 to 7 days until your first call

Sales experience is not among the requirements: most operators arrive without it. The length of training depends on your engagement, not on your track record.

  • Getting to know the product and the division's market
  • Scripts and handling typical objections
  • CRM: how to keep a record and process a deal
  • First calls beside a mentor
  • A €150 bonus for completed training — paid after your first full month of work
Expectations

What we expect from an operator

Language at B2+Confident spoken and written. You do not need to be a native speaker, an accent is fine.
Show up for your shiftPredictability matters more than records: the schedule holds because people appear when they said they would.
Listen to the clientIrritation fades once a person has been heard. Arguing and interrupting is a sure way to get a complaint instead of a deal.
Do not over-promiseAn operator is accountable for what they say. Embellishing the product is not allowed — it harms both the client and the company.
AskA question to your mentor at the moment of difficulty saves a week of struggling alone.
