About · Who we are

An international call centre since 2020

The company is in its sixth year and has grown from a single language division into a network covering more than ten European countries. That growth came from operators who stay for the long run — which is why we pay so much attention to hiring.

Geography

We hire by language, not by address

The work is remote, so where you live barely matters — what matters is the language you speak fluently. An operator in Prague and an operator in Warsaw can work on the same division if both speak Czech.

Czech divisionHiring is open. Czech at B2+ is required — confident spoken and written.
Slovak divisionHiring is open. Slovak B2+.
Hungarian divisionHiring is open. Hungarian B2+.
Romanian divisionHiring is open. Romanian B2+.
Other countriesThe company operates in more than ten European countries; new divisions open as we grow.

What we promise and what we do not

The remote work market is flooded with ads where the number in the headline has little to do with reality. We try to speak differently, and that applies to money above all.

  • We promise: payouts every 10 days without delays, a ready client base and scripts, training from scratch, a mentor on your first calls, a €150 bonus for completed training.
  • We do not promise: that everyone will earn "up to €2000". That is the top of the range: income consists of an hourly rate plus a percentage of sales and depends on hours worked and results.
  • We do not promise: that the work is easy. These are conversations with real people, some of whom are not in the mood. We train you for that, but getting used to it is on you.
The team

Who is beside the operator

The most common fear for a newcomer is being left alone with the phone after training. That is why three roles with distinct responsibilities are built around every operator.

MentorBeside you on your first calls: prompts you during the conversation and reviews difficult situations right away, not a week later.
TrainerRuns the training and comes back to it later, when questions about scripts and products come up.
SupervisorResponsible for the shift and the metrics: the person to ask about schedules, the client base and payments.
HR teamFirst contact with the candidate, interviews, paperwork and communication on any organisational matter.
Growth within the team. Operators who explain things well and help newcomers move on to become mentors and trainers over time. It is the most common career path in the company.
